Artisan Food School Launch Party
After a years worth of work the journey has begun. Artisan Food School and Kate Hill's French Kitchen have teamed up to offer their inaugural program this fall.

The Artisan Food School provides participants an opportunity to work side by side with master food craftsman, in their traditional settings, learning hands-on the art and passion behind the food of our ancestors.
The Artisan Food School-San Francisco calender will be launched in the Fall of 2008.

Artisan Food School-Gascony
Discover the French secrets of chevre, charcuterie and eau-de-vie with Wil Edwards of the Artisan Food School at Kate Hill's French Kitchen at Camont, creative culinary center in Southwest France. Working with top artisan food producers in Gascony , Edwards and Hill share the arts and science of cheese making, butchery and distilling in this unique one and two week hands-on program.
